There are several age divisions to represent SD.....12-15 yrs. for Junior Division, 16-18 yrs for the Senior Division and 18-24 yrs. for the Miss Division. First runner in each division
will also be named and eligible for national competition in Sweetheart Pageant. Areas of competition will be evening gown, personal interview, personal expression, scholastic achievement and optionals such as photogenic, supermodel, talent, speech etc. This is a scholastic pageant and awards will be scholarships to colleges and universities. This is a great opportunity for young women to experience national competition and have a year of parades, appearances and being a role model for teenagers and young women of South Dakota.
